Inquest into the death of CHARLES ROWAN McCULLOCH

On 21 January 2012, the death of Mr Charles Rowan McCulloch (“Mr McCulloch”), aged 94 years, was reported to me. It was reported that early in the morning of 21 January 2012 he had been found deceased in Room 43, Casuarina Ward, Jindalee Aged Care Residence (“Jindalee”), Goyder Street, Narrabundah in the Australian Capital Territory and that his life had been declared extinct at 9.45 am that day. Upon receipt of the report, being satisfied as to my jurisdiction, I commenced an inquest into Mr McCulloch’s death and ordered that a post-mortem examination of his body be carried out.\r\nJurisdiction
