Endlessly fascinating true stories about people, who they were and the inquiry into the circumstances leading to their death. How they died, why they died and recommendations to try and prevent future death from similar circumstances. In some cases these reports may be the only public document left behind describing a person who has passed away.
Being visually impaired I always read these reports with the aid of a screen reader. I have recorded a few of them so that anyone can listen to them at their convenience.
